Rick is the cornerstone of the company and is proficient in architectural drawings and adept at creative solutions and approaches that yield amazing results! His 35 years as a builder and his experience in all aspects of the building/construction industry and building trades, both residential and commercial, readily equip him to handle a multitude of situations. Rick has designed and built numerous custom structures, both residential and commercial, and has amassed an extensive portfolio of projects located throughout the Midwest. Salt Fork Resort and Conference Center in Cambridge, Ohio, is tucked away in the rolling hills of southeastern Ohio, in Ohio’s largest state park. Constructed in the early seventies, this massive pine beam and stone lodge captures the atmosphere and flavor of the grand park lodges built at the turn of the century. Salt Fork features 148 guestrooms full of rustic charm and 54 cottages nestled along the water’s edge of Salt Fork Lake.
Church Worship Center, Zanesville, Ohio. Designed and built in 1980, the Worship Center has a vaulted beam sanctuary, and full school facilities including 18 classrooms, recreation room and kitchen.
A total of 123 ALDI stores were built that encompassed a variety of building designs. Bardstwn Road and Preston Hwy in Louisville, KY, Grant Line Road in New Albany, IN, Southport Road in Indianapolis, IN, and Peru, IN, Salem, OH, and Johnstown, PA, are just a few of the locations included in the 123 stores.
